Free Entry Night for Teachers & Healthcare Workers
Omaha Kings & Queens Host Community Celebration Night Featuring Free Entry for Teachers & Healthcare Workers, Youth Clinic, and Doubleheader
OMAHA, Neb. — The Omaha Kings and Omaha Queens professional arena soccer teams will host a community-focused matchday experience this Saturday at Baxter Arena, highlighted by free admission for teachers and healthcare workers, discounted family tickets, a youth clinic, and a full evening doubleheader.
The event begins in the morning with a youth soccer clinic, giving young players the opportunity to train and interact with professional athletes. Later that evening, fans can attend both matches with a single ticket as the Omaha Queens kick off at 4:00 PM followed by the Omaha Kings at 7:00 PM.
As part of the organization’s community appreciation initiative, teachers and healthcare workers will receive free entry with valid work credentials at the arena. Families attending with them can purchase specially discounted $12 tickets.
Discounted family tickets are available online through Ticketmaster (standard online fees apply) or in person at the Baxter Arena box office (no extra fees). The box office is open Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM, as well as on game day prior to kickoff.
Halftime entertainment will also feature community participation, including a Special Olympics exhibition during the Queens match and a youth clinic mini-match during the Kings game.
“Our goal has always been to create an environment where the community feels connected to the team,” said head coach Emmanuel Viel. “This night is about celebrating the people who serve others every day and giving families a memorable experience together.”
The event is designed as a full-family experience combining professional sports, youth engagement, and community recognition in one evening.
